Dos Dots takes your privacy seriously. We will not not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.The personal information collected during your online shopping experience and when you register with us is used only to inform you of new products, sales or events. The credit card information, including full name, billing address and shipping address as well as your email address are used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and remain confidential with the use of Paypal. Once you create an account with www.dosdots.com you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters, and correspondences. After you place an order at www.dosdots.com we use this information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in it. If there is a question or if your item is on backorder, we will contact you via email.
As with your privacy, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use PayPal to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from “http” to “https.” Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won’t be able to connect to the server and therefore won’t be able to place an order through a secure connection.
At this time, we only accept PayPal transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card without signing up for PayPal.
All orders are shipped via UPS for domestic orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are flat, regardless of the size or total price of your purchase. International customers: Dos Dots is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes & duties in your country.Orders received before 1PM EST on business will begin processing that same day. Orders received after 1PM EST on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of processing. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Dos Dots online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange.
Should you have any questions about your online purchase once you receive it (including in-store pick up purchases), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. If you need to ship an item back to us, you MUST first receive a return authorization number so we can properly track all parcels. We maintain a strict 14 day exchange period to keep our inventory up to date and appreciate your cooperation. If we cannot exchange an item to your satisfaction and it is returned to us properly within 14 days of purchase, we will refund your original credit card, minus any shipping costs involved. Dos Dots is not responsible for missing packages.
To receive a Return Authorization number:
Email us at email@example.com Your issued number will be valid for 48 hours and must be written on the outside of the parcel. You must email us within 14 days and receive a RN (return #) before mailing your items back. Returns must be sent pre
paid. We do not provide return labels or accept COD. Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags and polybag intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and that to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. Dos Dots is not responsible for missing packages. Dos Dots reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. International exchanges will require an additional shipping charge due to the higher cost of shipping. We must receive the original item before we can send your new request for exchange.
We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within one week of purchase. Our Brooklyn Store is open by appointment only. Please be sure to make an appointment before coming by. Email Info@dosdots.com to book a time. Thank you.
